Why People Put Onions in their Socks While They Sleep?

A strange trend is circling our health as people put onions in their socks right before they go to sleep.

While it sounds too odd to join the movement, this practice works. It goes way back into the Chinese culture who cherish the fact that the thousands nerve endings are located in the feet.
It’s where the onions come. They are known as ingredients with massive levels of antibacterial and anti-viral properties. This allows them to absorb the damaging toxins out of your feet and improve your health.
I always find a way to trust the process and believe Chinese people.
I don’t know why, but it’s probably from all those documentaries I’ve seen about their culture and medicine.
That’s how I find this extremely useful for those who want to try it.
Here is what onions could do for your body:
  • Detox

Onions contain sulfur compounds. It’s where the strong odor hides.
However, the sulfur is vital for your body as it can remove unwanted toxins.
  • Remove Foot Odor

Its antifungal and anti-bacterial properties will do its job to remove the features that produce the strong odor.
  • Purify Your Blood

The onions in your socks while you sleep release phosphoric acid that enters your blood stream and purifies the blood going through your system.
  • Support the Immune System

Your organism is far stronger when it works with onions. The antiviral and anti-bacterial properties of the onions protects it and make it stronger to fight off infections and inflammations.
  • Purify the Air

Onions are ideal for clearing the air. If you can’t bring them in the bedroom on a regular base, putting them in your socks is one way for doing so.
