Ingredients 

1 tablespoon dried oregano; 

1 coffee spoon fresh grated ginger; 

17 oz. water;

Directions 



In a pan, combine the water, oregano, and ginger. Cover the pan with a lid and let it boil for 5 minutes. 


After that, turn off the heat and let the infusion cool down for 10 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey and drink. 


You can drink this tea three times a day. If you wish, you can double the recipe to drink it throughout the day. 



However, do not drink it for more than 15 days in a row. After this period, give it a 7-days pause, and then drink the tea again.
