Have you ever asked yourself whether the dishes are made from the safe material?
I’m not telling you that the content will kill you or something like that. We are just going through the options.
I’ve never paid attention to that until I saw this post circling the Internet.
Copper dishes look ugly and all that, but it came out that they are beneficial for our well-being.

The simplicity and effectiveness of this diet are what made people believe in the Swedish Diet.
I’m not so sure yet why it’s called the Swedish food, but I will go on with the trending flow.
It’s nothing different that people struggle and fight to shed their extra pounds. Their big appetite and quitting mentality made them fail with every diet they try.
According to those who tried this new diet, it lets you focus on proteins and fats and decrease the intake of carbohydrates. It’s something similar to the protein diet.
One of the best things about this diet is that you can forget about some calories and the hours you can consume them.
And that’s not all.“It might sound too good to be true, but the combination of essential vitamins and amino acids provided by the diet enhances the metabolism while suppressing the appetite. The Swedish Diet lets you eat as much as you want while the pounds melt off.”– Positive Med
The Swedish diet boosts your metabolism, as well. Plus, it has the exclusive power to improve your digestion and improve your overall health.
Dr. Malcolm Kendrick says that the low carb/high fat diets raise HDL cholesterol. (A.K.A. the good cholesterol).
Even though this diet raises concern about the high fat content, the research shows fat is good for you while sugar and carbs are damaging your health.
The Swedish diet divides food into three groups:
- Foods Allowed to be Consumed
- Foods Allowed to be Consumed Occasionally
- Foods That Are Not Allowed to be Consumed
Foods Allowed to be Consumed
- Veggies that grow above ground
- Avocadoes, Olives, and Mushrooms
- All meat types
- Nuts like Pumpkin Seeds, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Cashews, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts, and Sunflower seeds.
- All fish types and shrimps
- Eggs
- Dairy products (especially those with high-fat percentage)
Foods Allowed to be Consumed Occasionally
- Dark chocolate with a high cocoa content (70% Cocoa or more)
- Veggies like carrot, turnip beetroot, and celery
- Fruits: one fruit a day and raspberries

- Muesli
- Store-bought juices
- Soda drinks

That’s why this diet became so popular fast. People around the world have already started their journey.
Why lunch for champions?
Because we are just that. Champions!
This weekend was really hard for me. I couldn’t find the furniture I was looking for.
IKEA was my last chance to get what I imagined.
Us, me and my husband, were so hungry when we got there.
I was desperate to find what I was looking for and go home, cook some quick lunch and relax.
He had an idea to go on the upper floor and have lunch.
I didn’t agree. Of course.
After 5 minutes of discussing what should we do next, we decided to eat.
What we had? – Traditional Swedish Meatballs.
I think I can still feel their taste.
At first I thought they are so delicious because I’m hungry.
After a while, I couldn’t stop thinking about them.
I decided to search for Swedish meatballs recipes in order to see what’s so amazing about them.
It turned out that I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t forget about them.
There were millions of comments searching for the best recipe.
I made a longer list with all the meatballs recipes. I trimmed the list with the most voted and commented ones.
These must be the best!
