I don’t approve it because it’s a short-term diet and the effects could be gone as soon as you get back to your old lifestyle.
Now, everything you need to know about this diet is that you are eating balanced meals, but the total calorie intake is lower than normal.
The full boiled eggs diet contains a small number of products, but it’s more than enough to boost your metabolism and shift it to burning fat.
Don’t get me wrong. If you want fast results and commit to a healthy lifestyle after that, you can go with this diet as well.

You know I’m more of a long term and healthier weight loss than fast working diets.
The mindset is different.
Don’t forget that the boiled eggs diet requires from you to drink plenty of water during the whole process. Your body needs to stay hydrated all the time.
Alongside this, there are few more rules you need to follow:
  • No sugar and sugary drinks, no alcohol
  • No junk food
  • Limit the intake of salt
It’s a two-week diet, and if you are strict about it, you are going to lose 10kg in 14 days.
Be careful. If you notice blood pressure changes or something else happening with you, stop immediately and consult with your doctor.
There shouldn’t be any side-effects, but you better be warned about it.
