It turns out that we were living on some other planet while researchers were doing their thing finding the solution to make the pizza healthy.
I think someone loved it.
Let’s not fool ourselves too much. There is still a long way to go for eating pizza to become your healthy option.
It’s not that the pizza became a healthy food all of a sudden. However, a study came out claiming that those who get loose with a pizza while dieting, stick to their diets for a longer term.
According to the source, the study’s results say that after two weeks of dieting, the participants who had a cheat day on Sunday were motivated to keep their diet up throughout the whole week.
Stepping out of the diet boundaries never hurt anybody. Plus, you are allowed to eat everything this one day. That brings the additional goal to your dieting method.
The first one is losing weight and the second is waiting for Sunday to come.
According to the author of this study:
“The key is to plan ahead and designate a specific day for your rule-breaking” – Rita Coelho do Vale, Ph.D. That’s because giving in to a spur-of-the-moment donut can make you feel like you blew your diet—and might as well abandon it completely.”I have cheat days, as well. I maintain a healthy lifestyle for five weeks, and when Sunday comes, I’m letting myself go.
Keep in mind that I’m on my desired weight level. So, my advice is you get there and then let yourself into this fantastic cheat day.
It’s good to know something like this.
Now, share this joy with all of your friends. I think there are enough reasons to celebrate this day with a nice slice of pizza for lunch.
