Easy Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Recipe (My New Favorite)

Look what we have here.

It’s been a while since I wrote something about it. I use it every day and it could be mad at me for not writing anything about it.
I’m kidding, of course.
I have a new favorite smoothie recipe.
And believe me, I made thousands of them. I usually say if a smoothie features a banana then it’s a good one.
I was right again!
This recipe features a banana too. I discovered it yesterday and prepared this morning.

Easy Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Recipe (My New Favorite)
I can clap my hands loudly to that person who came up with it. All of the ingredients blend in perfectly. The final taste is just perfect.
My husband doesn’t drink smoothies often, but my god he was fascinated by this one.
Here is the recipe.

What you need?

  •      1 frozen banana
  •      1 inch grated ginger
  •      ½ tsp. cinnamon (I used 1 tsp.)
  •      1 cup coconut milk

How to prepare it?

  •      Blend all the ingredients together until they turn into a smooth mixture
  •      Enjoy
Right after I tasted this I knew that it would be something special.
As I was enjoying it while i was reading the newspaper, I felt my metabolism working faster.
That’s why this is my new favorite smoothie.
