Follow This Egg Diet Plan and Lose 3 Kgs in 3 Days




If weight loss is what on your mind then diet is a must for you. You must have balanced diet and by the time, you must be aware of calories count of each food. But have you came across an amazing diet which ensure 3 kg weight loss in 3 days?

You have to use this diet just 3 days a week. And for the rest of the days in a week you just have to go for a balanced diet. In rest of the days try to avoid foods with too much salt, sugar, and junk food so that the body will be free from calories.




 First Day

On the 1st day, you can go with 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes along with a cup of green tea for your breakfast. Make sure you don’t put sugar in the green tea. For lunch, you can again eat 2 egg whites, 1 cup of green tea and 120 gm of baked or boiled fish.

Grab an apple for a snack and for dinner you can have steamed vegetable bowl. In the bowl of vegetable, you can include carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peas and green beans. Also, enjoy a cup of green tea with it.


Second Day

Your breakfast should start with 1 banana, 2 boiled eggs and 1 cup of green tea. At lunch, take 2 egg whites and 1 glass of green tea, but you can have boiled 120 grams of chicken without skin.

No snacks, just go for dinner directly. Have a slice of rusk, cottage cheese 120 grams and a cup of milk in dinner. Use only low fat milk for you dinner to avoid calories.

Third Day

This is the last day of the diet. Start the breakfast with 1 glass of tomato juice and 2 boiled eggs. At lunch, you can still have 1 cup of green tea and 2 egg white along with cooked red meat of around 120 grams.
