- 1 organic lemon
- 2 liters of purified water
- 1 large glass jar
Instructions:
- Pour the water in the glass
- Cut the lemon in slices and add to the water
- Add the Himalayan salt
- Cover the glass and leave it for 24 hours at room temperature
