Here is the recipe:

– Ingredients

  •      1 tsp. ginger root, grated
  •      1 cucumber
  •      1 lemon
  •      1 lime
  •      12 mint leaves
  •      1-liter water

Instructions:

  •   Peel and shred the cucumber
  •   Shred the lemon, lime and ginger
  •   Take a glass bottle and put all of the ingredients in there
  •   Keep the drink overnight in your fridge
  •   Drink 3 glasses of this mixture daily (In the morning and 30 minutes before meals)
This healthy combo is what you need. I’m not sure how much it will help you going into the holiday season, but you can start it now.
The whole purpose of it is to keep you full for a longer period of time. Don’t think this or any other drinks are magical.
You need to maintain your healthy diet and exercise on a daily basis.
