  • 6 Lemons
Preparation:
  • Peel the cloves and lemons
  • Cut them into small pieces

  • Transfer the mixture into a pot
  • Add the water and cook over medium heat
  • Let it simmer for 10 minutes over low heat
  • Once it cools down to a room temperature, strain it and store the liquid in a glass container

Use:
Take 50 milliliters of the remedy every day for three weeks. Make a break for one week and repeat it for three more weeks. You can perform this method every six months.

Ingredients:
  • One cup of lemon juice
  • One cup of garlic juice
  • Three cups of 100% natural honey
  • One cup of ginger juice
  • One cup ACV
Preparation:
  • Mix the garlic and lemon juice along with the apple cider vinegar in a metal pot.
  • Boil the mixture over medium heat for 30 minutes
  • Cool it down at a room temperature
  • Stir in the honey
  • Pour the mixture into a glass bottle and store it in the fridge
Use:
