If you look closely at what she says, the nutrients you need for healthy and beautiful hair won’t get to your hair. One bad meal won’t damage the hair. The habit of eating junk food will make it dull.
Dehydration is another reason why your hair acts strangely. Maybe you don’t know this, but your hair is ¼ water. It’s the primary energy source for hair cells, and you need to recharge them occasionally.
Diet and hydration are the perfect plans for healthy hair.

Crown Hair Loss means Too Much Dihydrotestosterone
