  4.    After the breakfast, don’t consume anything for 2 hours
The original Japanese tradition recommends drinking slightly warm water.
As you know, they don’t offer cold water with their meals. They use warm tea.
If you want this method to be successful you shouldn’t drink cold or room temperature water.

The tradition says that it should be done regularly.
There are different time frames predicted for treatments.

  2. Diabetes – 30 Days

  4. Constipation – 10 Days
  5. Tuberculosis – 90 Days
  6. Cancer – 180 Days
  7. People with Arthritis should do this therapy for 3 days in their first week. Afterwards, they can make a slight progress with their daily treatment.
Maybe you will find it difficult to drink that amount early in the morning on an empty stomach.
You can start with half of the amount and slowly increase it to full.
