It’s not a pleasant experience, dealing with depression. A close friend of mine is a psychologist and we often talk about the problems our patients have.
Our work is somehow connected because being healthy is also a psychological thing.
You need to have the right mindset and determination to be successful in this profession.
I was on the phone with her last night and we talked a lot about depression and similar problems.

With that being said, I have a recipe for delicious and effective lemonade here that (I hope) will cheer you up and make you forget about the depression.
How To Cheer Up Depression With Turmeric Lemonade


  •      2 tablespoons of freshly grated or powdered turmeric
  •      4 tablespoons of honey, 100% maple syrup, or Stevia
  •      Juice of 1 1/2 lemons or limes
  •      4 cups of cold filtered or sparkling water
  •      Juice of 1 blood orange (optional)


  •      Take a small pitcher and add all of the ingredients
  •      Mix them
  •      Serve the lemonade with a slice of lemon
Make it. Enjoy it. Share it.
It doesn’t mean that if you are not experiencing depression, you should avoid this lemonade. It’s nice and highly beneficial.
