Showering every day or every second day makes you feel awesome. Somehow you are becoming addicted to the feeling when the pouf goes across your skin.

These rougher sponges are made to exfoliate your skin whenever you take a shower. It cleanses the skin thoroughly while removing debris and dead skin cells.

The shower pouf is made of a sheet of mesh scrunched together. It should give you that nice scrubbing feeling whenever you use it.
Dermatologists say that they are not going to use a shower pouf ever again because they are the base for bacteria.
When someone points it out, it’s starting to make sense.
Dead skin and bacteria get stuck in between the mesh and every time you re-use it; the bacteria goes back to your skin.

That’s not the worst thing that happens.

Some of you will say that they are rinsing the shower pouf in the shower after and before every use.

The solution:

Dermatologists say that you should rinse and clean the shower pouf every couple of days. However, that won’t do the trick because you are showering at least once every day.
Either don’t use it so often or replace the shower pouf every week or two.
I don’t see a better solution than this.

There is one last thing, though. You can always stop using it and use your hands to scrub the dead skin and bacteria out of your body.

Something snapped in her after the Honeymoon photos. Thorpe received numerous comments from the people who saw these pictures.
The ugly criticism didn’t stop. These internet bullies criticized every picture, every move, every breath she took.
Lots of women in her position would’ve to shake off these comments and move on. However, Callie wanted to stand up for her and make a statement.
With this, she stood up for every other person on this planet in the same position.

Here is the comment that makes her stronger and changes her life.

You go, girl!
It’s time to stand up to these internet bullies. They are crossing every possible line. Bullying should be illegal. It could lead to more serious problems.

Hard work should be your new year’s resolution. We need to get used to it because if not you, then who?.

I’m working every day with people who are willing to make a change in their life.
They come into my office or home and share their life stories with me. We are getting close. We believe in each other and decide to put hard work into getting the final and desired shape.
Patience, strong will, and forget about quitting. Everything comes if you put hard work when it comes to weight loss and getting fit.

However, you need this “push” once in a while. You need to hear about different success stories. I do an excellent job bringing different life stories in front of my clients and make them see the difference.
That’s what pushes them to work harder and never forget about the final picture.
That’s why I decided to leave these “touching” pictures right here. Seeing others how they did it will make you open your eyes and see the new you.

Detox Foot Pads: What Are Those and How To Make Them?

I found this recently and I bookmarked it to share with you but never had a chance to do it.

Searching through my bookmarks, I found it again. I said to myself, now or I will forget again!
It’s about detox foot pads. I never saw them before.
It came out that these footpads have been first used in Japan. Since then, they became regular detox ways for women.
They need to be placed on the soles of your feet before you go to bed. The next day, when you remove the pads, you will see these pads full with dangerous toxins that darkened the pads.
The pads are placed on the feet because they have the ability to circulate blood and lymph into your torso.

The positive results of using these foot detox pads are minimizing the fatigue, joint pain, and reducing headaches.
Do You want to know the best thing? – You can make them in your home.
Read below to learn how.

Ingredients:

  •      Onion
  •      Garlic
  •      Water
  •      Self-Stick gauzes pads
  •      Socks

Instructions:

  •      Slice both the garlic and onion till is well chopped. Place them aside.
  •      Pour water in a pot and let it boil.
  •      Add the sliced garlic and onions in the boiling water.
  •      Let it boil for additional 10 minutes
  •      Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool off for 20 minutes
  •      Pour the mixture into the center of the self-stick gauze pads (enough to get wet and try not to get the sticky parts get wet)
  •      If there is too much liquid on them, squeeze the excess out.
  •      Patch the self-stick gauze pad on the soles of the feet. Put on your socks and go to bed.
You will notice how these pads will turn brown. That’s the color of the toxins out on the pads.

I really hate when I read something like this.

It makes me sick.
We use shampoos every day. We buy them for our kids.
Reading the labels doesn’t help. I don’t understand them.
I mean, I know most of the ingredients, but what about the hidden ones?
Almost every day I’m thinking about what to do more to protect myself and my family.
I found 100 illegal chemicals in 100 shampoos brands. Can you imagine?
The “illegal” word rings in my head like a train horn.
I’m very disappointed in some companies. They are making shampoos for babies.
Using illegal chemicals is not the way.

It’s not right. They are toxic, carcinogenic and bad for our health.
Unfortunately, they are allowed to do that. The FDA allows them to do that.
As a mother and a person, I don’t know what to use anymore.
I’m scared for the health of my kids and myself.
Maybe I’m overreacting, but what can I do.
I want what’s best for all of us. That’s why I wanted to share this with you.
Understanding and recognizing these chemicals on the labels will make us avoid them by any means.
I’m not saying you should ditch your favorite shampoo.
If it’s safe keep washing your hair with it. But, be careful.
I have a natural shampoo recipe for those who want to use something different and natural.
I’m thinking about making it and see if it will show satisfying results. If not, I’ll find the one that works.
Here it goes:

Ingredients

  •      ½ cup coconut milk
  •      2/3 cup castile soap
  •      10/15 drops essential oil of your choice
  •      2 teaspoons of almond oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bottle and shake it well.
Shake it before every use.
You need to let your friends know about these toxic chemicals.

A 10-Minute Workout That Will Give You Transforming Results in a Month

Do you know why it is hard to believe that a 10-minute workout could make a change in your life?

Because nobody does it. Yes. You’ve read that right. Nobody in the world wants to fully dedicate and see if these exercises work.
There are exceptions, but 90% of the people believe these “fast” exercises don’t work.
If you are questioning yourself why I haven’t tried them, I can answer you right away that I’m exercising three times a day. Two times at my home and I visit the gym on a regular basis.
I’ve tried all of these exercises and I know how effective they are. I believe if you focus on doing these 10 minutes every day for 4 weeks, you will feel the change.
This doesn’t mean that you need to eat whatever comes down the road. Keep your nutrition as healthy as possible.
That way, you will get fit and get healthy at the same time. Can you ask for more?
The exercises you will see target multiple muscle groups and don’t require equipment.
You are not required to go to the gym either. You are at your home. In your comfortable clothes. Getting fit and healthy!
