Without the help of a study, I’m sure 80% of the people all over the
world eat when they are hungry. They don’t have a scheme they follow to
make their organism send them “hungry” signs in a particular time.
My system is pretty simple every day. I spent a month to develop the perfect eating routine until it became a habit.
I get up at 7 o’clock in the morning. I take my dog out to finish his
job. I set up the breakfast to heat up while I’m in the bathroom
finishing up my morning routines.
I drink herbal, green, or black tea, or sometimes I celebrate the morning with a fresh cup of coffee.
I eat my breakfast from 8:30 am to 9 am reading the today’s news. The
lunch is from 1:30 pm to 2 pm. The snack time is at 5 pm and the dinner
starts at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
If you think I have a strict schedule, you should see my husband. The time could vary but not more than half an hour.
Having irregular eating schedule will mess your health up, and you could gain weight in a long run.
A scientist from King’s College in London focused on finding the right pattern to our overall health.
The findings clearly say that eating when you can vs. you should is
tightly linked with developing metabolic syndrome, which leads to high
blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and of course, obesity.
The scientist found that your body has an internal clock that affects
the metabolic process during the 24-hour cycle. This sequence includes
your appetite, digestion, and breaking down fat.
If you had nice lunch at noon on Monday but refuse to eat until 2:30
pm on Tuesday and continue to eat in a broken pattern way, it throws
your body and metabolism out of the right road.
Another issue the scientists found is stretching out mealtimes. The
best way to tackle it up is to figure out what to eat the day before or
during breakfast in the morning. Stick to the daily resume and you will
be okay.
The study is trying to explain that you need to choose how many meals
you would want to have during the day. Every meal should have its hour
or half an hour and measurement.
