When you see the butter on the shelf, you always thought about buying it, but the fat won’t give you. That yellow collared fat is always replaced with a diet margarine that’s usually more dangerous than the butter. Good morning. How are you today? I’m about to give you a ride into the world of the grass-fed butter. You’ll enjoy it. Maybe this will make you buy this version of butter more than you buy margarine. People keep arguing if butter is healthy or not. I refuse to get into that because I know I sometimes use grass fed butter. It makes my omelets taste better. I will tell you one thing, though. The butter contains very important nutrients with potent biological effects. But, this largely depends on what the cows ate. That’s why the butter that is labeled “Grass-Fed Cows” is packed with Heart-Healthy Nutrients. Butter is just milk fat. The world recognizes it like butterfat. This fat contains approximately 400 different fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins. In other words, these fatty acids are recognized as energy sources. The new study discovers that some of these acids come packed with biological activity. This includes CLA that studies show it has very powerful effects on our health. It’s very important to note that grass-fed butter packs 5 times more CLA than grain-fed butter. Grass-fed butter eaters enjoy a lower risk of heart attacks. Like I said before. Watch for the amount of grass-fed butter. The Grass Fed Butter is Healthy in Small Amounts Despite talking about how healthy the butter is, you should keep a balance. There is no evidence suggesting that the grass-fed butter could harm your health, but we are not taking chances to go with the risk. Use it in small amounts. I use it for cooking. Keep it within reasonable amounts. Olive and coconut oil are always my first options, but sometimes I enjoy the grass-fed butter taste in my omelet.
