Here’s Why You Have Foot Pain All The Time & How To Relief It Quickly

Foot pains can be most often caused by tendonitis, heel spurs, neuropathy, gout, plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma or fractures. These conditions all have some natural treatments for relieving the pain, but first, you should see a doctor and have the problem checked and diagnosed properly.

Tendonitis is the inflammation of a tendon in your foot. Inflammation is the body's response meant for fixing a damaged tissue, but if it left untreated or if it is improper, it causes a lot of pain and can do a lot of harm to your body. The recommended actions are, of course, rest and orthopedic shoes. Also, enrich your diet with omega 3 oils, turmeric, and other anti-inflammatory foods and cut down on trans fats and other foods that can enforce the inflammation.
Plantar fasciitis and heel spur pains can be treated with steroid injections but at the same time, these injections weaken the tissue and should not be used for a long period of time. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is also effective as these injections as it relieves the symptoms for three to six months after the injections and its effect is long-term – for a whole year. Also, acupuncture, exercises and stretching of the foot and calf improve the symptoms of plantar fasciitis, and so do the naturally anti-inflammatory EPA/DHA and turmeric. Importantly, you should make better footwear choices (no high heels or tight shoes).
Neuropathy often occurs in people with diabetes and consequently, its symptoms can be relieved with the right diet for monitoring and managing blood sugar: no refined sugars and foods with high glycemic index, but instead unprocessed foods, vegetables and fruits and vitamin B rich foods. Vitamin B12 in form of injections can relieve the pain caused by neuropathy.
Gout is a type of arthritis that causes a lot of pain because of excess uric acid in the synovial joints. This acid is the result of high protein and fat diet, which is nowadays very often. As you can conclude yourselves, you should avoid meat and alcohol and increase the intake of fruits and vegetables. One especially effective fruit in treating gout pains are cherries.
Fractures can be seen through an x-ray and if you have any, your foot will need to be immobilized in order to let the bone heal. The regeneration of bones is of course expedited with vitamins D, C, and calcium. Also, hormone levels play a role in bone healing, so you should have your hormone levels checked.
Finally, it has to be emphasized that a very important factor that can worsen or improve your condition is footwear; avoid high heels and wear sneakers, flats or whichever shoes that support the natural line of the foot.
