Treat Your Black Spots & Awesome Home Remedies

The appearance of black spots can be very bad sight, especially for girls, since sometimes even makeup cannot cover them. It is only natural for people to look for perfection in beauty and black spots are not on the list. As a result, they can lower our self-esteem and affect us emotionally.
Their growth can be a result of many factors, like hormonal imbalances, too much sun exposure, vitamin deficiency, pregnancy. Fortunately, there are many home remedies that can serve as a black spots treatment.

You only need some of the following natural ingredients:


1. Lemon Juice

  • It possesses whitening properties due to vitamin C.
  • So, squeeze one lemon and dip some cotton balls in the juice.
  • Apply the cotton balls on your black spots and let them soak.
  • After a while, rinse with water. Repeat the treatment 14 days in a row.
  • In case of sensitive skin, dilute the lemon juice with honey or rosewater.
  • The results will be visible in two weeks.

2. Potatoes

  • Potatoes are rich in antioxidants, and thus are suitable for this cause.
  • Apply potato slices directly on your black spots.
  • The skin will absorb them in 30 minutes.
  • You can also grate them and mix with honey.
  • Apply the mixture twice a week and see the results.

3. Oats

  • Oatmeal powder can exfoliate your skin
  • Oatmeal powder can be used for skin exfoliation.
  • Mix 4 tablespoons of lemon juice with half a cup oats, and prepare a paste.
  • Scrub the paste gently on the black spots and rinse with water.
  • Repeat the treatment once or twice a week.

4. Buttermilk

  • Another beneficial ingredient can be the buttermilk.
  • The lactic acid reduces skin pigmentation without causing blemishes.
  • Mix 4 teaspoons of buttermilk with 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice.
  • Apply this mixture to your face and leave it for 15 minutes.
  • When soaked, just rinse your face with water.
  • Use a mixture of milk and honey if you don't have buttermilk and apply for 10 minutes on a daily basis.
  • Repeat the buttermilk treatment 5 days a week until the results are visible.

5. Almonds– Make an almond milk

  • For almond milk preparation, soak some almonds in water overnight.
  • Peel the almonds in the morning and grind them in a blender with some water.
  • Add half a teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder.
  • Apply the prepared mixture to your face.
  • Leave it to soak for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat this treatment from time to time.
