Have you ever heard about watercress juice?

Watercress juice helps detox the lungs thanks to its decongestant, expectorant, and fluidifying actions. It also lubricates the lungs, helping alleviate coughs, sore throats, and inflammations of the upper airways. Isn't it amazing?

But, in today's video, you will learn how to make a powerful juice with watercress and carrots to clear your lungs!

To make the juice, besides watercress and carrot, you will also need some lemon and garlic.

Write down the ingredients:

1 bunch watercress;

1 medium carrot;

Juice of 1 lemon (freshly squeezed);

1 garlic clove;

17 oz. water;

Directions

Thoroughly rinse the watercress. Peel and dice the carrot.

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for two minutes.

Strain and drink right away. Drink daily for 30 days, at most.

After the first month, if you wish to keep drinking the juice, give it a 15-days pause and then restart.

So, what do you think of this recipe?

If you smoke or used to smoke, your nose is always clogged, if you have phlegm, persistent cough, asthma, shortness of breath, or bronchitis, this recipe is perfect for cleaning your lungs.

Try it and then share your experience with us.

Note: people who take blood thinners must not change their intake of vitamin K (found in foods like watercress).

Besides that, you must drink the juice right after  preparing it to avoid nitrate contamination.

When stored incorrectly, drinks made of vegetables that contain this compound might accumulate bacteria that convert nitrate into nitrite, contaminating the beverage.

High levels of nitrite might be harmful when ingested.
