Headaches are the un-survivable pain in your head. That’s my definition of migraines.

I don’t know if the following happens to some of you or I’m alone in this world.
Whenever I want to relax and not think about anything, I get a headache. This is usually when I’m going on a weekend up in the mountains.
It’s like, all of my muscles sense that I’m about to relax and the pain shows up right up in my head.
That’s my Friday.
Luckily there are many home remedies that help me relieve a terrible headache.
I have one of those drinks right here. This green juice is rich in minerals like magnesium and calcium. Both of them are crucial in helping you prevent and relieve headaches.
A Green Juice That Will Help You “Survive” Migraines
Juicing the ingredients and making this drink will make all the nutrients reach your bloodstream faster and transfer everywhere in your body.
It’s time for me to introduce you to the green headache monster:
Ingredients:
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 inches ginger root
  • 3-4 cups leafy greens
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 5 stalks celery
Instructions:
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a juicer and prepare the green beast!
  • Bottoms up!
