How To Spot Fake Honey To Keep Yourself Safe

Lots of people buy honey from the grocery store. That’s okay. They sell organic raw honey there.

However, the huge demand for honey made them do ridiculous things. Grocery stores are replacing it with factory made honey.
Yes. People would do anything for more profit.
I always tell my friends to buy honey from people who have bees to make natural raw honey.
There are plenty of people like this. Visit the nearest village and you will see them.
If you can’t do that, I want to make sure you will buy natural honey with the right taste and all of its benefits.

Why is factory produced honey not good for you?

During the manufacturing process, the producers are removing the beneficial part of the honey.
They are probably not doing that intentionally. Everything is in the filtration process.
It doesn’t give the right quality of the honey.
Why are they doing that? Nice question.
According to the FSN, the food industry goes for ultrafiltration of honey to prevent the tracing of the geographical location of honey through the pollen examination.
Professor Vaughn Bryant says that about 75% of the honey available on the market has none or low levels of pollen in it.
That’s really scary. You don’t know what you’ll find in the grocery store.
With that being said, how can you spot if the honey is from bees or from a honey factory?
Take a look at this infographic:
